Changing the TCP to it's factory default :

connect with Hyper Terminal in BPS 115200.
type : C_NCC	
The reply will be : I_ALR000,003: DEBUG MODE for TCP/IP MODULE from TERMINAL: 19200,8,NONE,1

Disconnect from HT and reconnect with BPS 19200, press any key and the TCP/IP menu will open.
Press the key  "Load factory default" , then press the key  "Save/Restart".
When asked to save changes, press y for yes.
 

Then Reconnect with HT in BPS 115200 and type : R_ESN, (or restart the multicell) to exit program mode.
That's it, the TCP/IP is in the factory default.
